Please read these terms before using USOVAI. They explain your rights and responsibilities as a user of the platform.
Acceptance
By accessing or using USOVAI you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and USOVAI. We may update these terms and will notify users of material changes.
Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Certain features, including creator publishing, require you to be at least 18. By creating an account you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Platform Use
USOVAI is a streaming and creator platform for AI-generated audiovisual content. You may access the platform for personal, non-commercial viewing and, where applicable, to publish content as a registered creator. Commercial use of the platform or its content beyond the scope of these terms requires written permission from USOVAI.
User Conduct
You agree not to: Use the platform to harass, threaten or harm other users Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform Use automated means to scrape, crawl or extract data without permission Circumvent any content access controls or technical protection measures Impersonate any person or entity Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Content Rules
All content on USOVAI — whether submitted by creators or posted in any community feature — must comply with the Community Guidelines and Publishing Guidelines . Content that violates these rules may be removed without notice.
Intellectual Property
USOVAI and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, its design, code and branding. Creators retain ownership of their submitted content and grant USOVAI a licence to host and display it as described in the Creator Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of USOVAI's own materials without permission.
Moderation
USOVAI moderates content and accounts to ensure the platform remains safe and compliant with these terms. Moderation decisions are made in USOVAI's discretion. We aim to act fairly and will communicate reasons where possible.
Reporting
Users may report content or behaviour that appears to violate these terms via the platform's reporting features or through the Contact page . Reports are reviewed by the USOVAI team. Submitting false or bad-faith reports is itself a violation of these terms.
Account Restrictions
USOVAI may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Community Guidelines or applicable law. In most cases a warning will be issued first. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate action.
Service Availability
USOVAI is provided as a beta service and may experience downtime, changes or feature removal without notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability. USOVAI reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, USOVAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid to USOVAI in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which USOVAI is established. Specific jurisdiction details will be confirmed before the platform exits beta.
