Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what data USOVAI collects, how it is used and what rights you have over it. USOVAI is in beta and the data practices described here will be reviewed and updated as the platform develops. If you have questions, contact us via the Contact page .
Account Information
When you register, USOVAI collects your email address and the username or display name you choose. Creator accounts additionally collect a bio and creator type. You are not required to use your real name. We use account information to operate your account, authenticate you and communicate with you about the platform.
Profile Data
Information you add to your profile — including bio, avatar, roles and genre preferences — is stored and displayed publicly on the platform. You can update or remove profile information at any time via Settings.
Uploaded and Embedded Content
During beta, submitted content is linked via YouTube embedding. USOVAI stores the submission metadata you provide (title, description, genre, rating) and a reference to the external content. When native upload becomes available, uploaded files will be stored on USOVAI's infrastructure.
Usage and Watch Activity
USOVAI may collect information about content you watch, how long you watch it, items you add to My List, creators you follow and search queries. This data is used to provide features such as Continue Watching and personalised discovery.
Technical Data
We collect standard technical data including browser type, device information, IP address and session identifiers. This is used for security, debugging and to ensure the platform functions correctly. We do not sell this data to third parties.
Communications
If you contact USOVAI by form or email, we store the content of your message and your contact details in order to respond. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Moderation and Security
Data associated with reported content or accounts, and any communications relating to moderation actions, is retained for safety and accountability purposes for a period determined by legal obligations and platform security needs.
Data Processors
USOVAI uses third-party services to operate the platform — for example hosting, authentication and analytics providers. A list of processors and their privacy commitments will be published when confirmed. Providers are selected for compliance with applicable data protection law.
Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via Settings or by contacting us.

Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention requirements.
International Transfers
If your data is transferred outside your country of residence, we take steps to ensure it is protected in accordance with applicable data protection law. Details of transfer mechanisms will be confirmed as the platform's infrastructure is established.
