Creator Terms
These terms apply to all creator accounts on USOVAI. By publishing content on the platform you agree to these terms.
Creator Eligibility
Creator accounts are open to individuals and groups who produce original audiovisual content in which artificial intelligence plays a meaningful role. By registering as a creator you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Submission Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you submit to USOVAI. This includes its accuracy, legality and compliance with these terms, the Publishing Guidelines and applicable law. USOVAI is not liable for the content of creator submissions.
Ownership of Content
You retain all ownership rights in content you create and submit. Uploading to USOVAI does not transfer ownership of your work. You represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary to grant the licence below.
Licence Granted to USOVAI
By submitting content to USOVAI you grant USOVAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, stream, display, reproduce and distribute your content on the platform and in connection with promoting the platform. This licence continues for as long as the content remains on USOVAI and terminates when the content is removed, subject to any content copies made by users before removal.
Third-Party Rights
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, patent, right of publicity, trade secret or other proprietary right. This includes background music, voice samples, reference imagery and any material incorporated from other sources into an AI-generated work. USOVAI reserves the right to remove content that infringes third-party rights.
Collaborator Credits
If you add other USOVAI users as collaborators on a submission, you represent that they have agreed to be credited for their contribution. Adding a person as a collaborator without their knowledge or consent is a violation of these terms. A formal co-creator confirmation mechanism is planned for a future release.
AI-Origin Disclosures
You agree to accurately disclose the nature and extent of AI involvement in every submission. Works that include realistic AI-generated likenesses of real people or synthetic replication of a real person's voice must be clearly disclosed in the metadata and, where appropriate, in the content itself. Misrepresenting the AI contribution is a policy violation.
Moderation and Review
All submissions are subject to review by USOVAI before becoming publicly visible. USOVAI may approve, request changes to, or reject any submission in its discretion. Approval does not constitute an endorsement of the content. USOVAI may re-review previously approved content if new information comes to light.
Content Removal
USOVAI may remove content that violates these terms, the Community Guidelines or applicable law, or in response to a valid rights notice. Creators may also remove their own content at any time through My Creations. Removal from the platform does not affect any content copies already made by users in accordance with the platform's features.
Appeals
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may submit an appeal via the Contact page, selecting Creator Support as your category. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. USOVAI's decision on appeal is final.
Future Monetisation
No monetisation or revenue-sharing programme is active during the beta. Any future programme will be subject to separate terms communicated in advance. USOVAI makes no guarantee of future income to any creator.
Account Suspension
USOVAI may suspend or restrict creator account access in response to serious or repeated violations of these terms. In most cases a warning will be issued first, but USOVAI reserves the right to act without notice in cases of severe harm or legal obligation.
Termination
Either party may terminate the creator relationship at any time. Creators may delete their account and remove their content via Settings. USOVAI may terminate accounts that persistently violate platform policies. Upon termination the licence granted above ends for content removed at the time of termination.
