How to report infringing content
If you believe content on USOVAI infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice using the form below. USOVAI will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and notifying the creator.
Information required in your notice
Your legal name and contact email The name of the rights holder or organisation you represent, if applicable A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed The URL of the allegedly infringing content on USOVAI A good-faith statement that you believe the use is unauthorised A statement of accuracy and authority to act on behalf of the rights holder
Creator notification
When a valid notice is received, USOVAI will notify the creator whose content is the subject of the notice, subject to applicable law. The creator may submit a counter-notice if they believe the notice was submitted in error or that the use is permitted.
Repeated infringement
USOVAI operates a policy of terminating or restricting accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others. Multiple confirmed infringement notices against the same creator will be considered when assessing appropriate action.
Abuse of the reporting process
Submitting false or bad-faith notices is a violation of USOVAI's Terms of Service and may be unlawful. USOVAI reserves the right to take action against parties who misuse the reporting process to suppress legitimate content.
